CaseWyze reports on the business records your team creates and maintains. Different report areas use different parts of those records.
Case reporting uses information such as client, case type, manager, status, dates, budgets, assignments, and recorded status changes. Calendar reporting uses activity type, assignee, calendar, schedule, completion, and related case information.
Sales reporting uses invoices, line items, dates, status, open balances, payments, clients, and salesperson relationships. Expense reporting includes time and expense entries, quantities, rates, amounts, staff, categories, review state, and invoice links. System reporting reviews configured prices, overrides, and tax settings.
Client, staff, case manager, salesperson, service, and category relationships help organize report results. Missing assignments or classifications can produce unassigned or unknown groups rather than the grouping you expected.
A bank payment must be recorded through the appropriate workflow. A completed task must have its completion recorded. A planned event is not proof that the corresponding hours were worked or entered as time. The reports reflect available saved records and the selected filters, not every action that occurred outside CaseWyze.
