The CaseWyze Resource Library keeps reusable tasks and attachments in one place for your organization. Save standard instructions, reference links, and files once, organize them into groups, and add the resources you need to each case.
Open the library from the sidebar and choose Tasks or Attachments. Each resource type has its own groups. Search for entries, expand a row to see details, or use Expand all. Resources belong to your current organization.
Due in days is counted from the day the task is added to a case, using the workspace timezone. Enter 0 for that day, or leave it blank for no due date. Review the actual due date before adding the task to a case.
You can cancel uploads. To resume an interrupted upload, select the same file again. Files must be a supported type and between 1 byte and 5 GB.
Create task groups in the Tasks area and attachment groups in the Attachments area. Select resources and choose Create Group, or create a group from its Groups tab. Give it a name, optionally add a description, choose its members, and arrange their order. Groups let you reuse a checklist or a collection of files together.
If a calendar requires a due date or assigned person, provide those before adding the tasks. If a saved calendar or service is unavailable, choose an available option or None. Users without permission to change task status add tasks as To Do.
Each selected file becomes an independent case attachment. You can select up to 500 attachments at a time.
In the Tasks area, choose Import CSV, then Download CSV template. Upload a CSV smaller than 1 MB containing 1–500 tasks, map the columns, and review every row. Name and instructions are required. Optional columns are link, link_name, status, and due_days. Status values are to_do, in_progress, blocked, completed, and cancelled; a blank status defaults to to_do. Correct row errors before importing. Edit imported tasks to set calendar and service defaults. CSV import is for tasks; use Upload for attachments.
Use Edit to maintain resources and groups. Archive entries you no longer want offered for new case selections, and use the archived filter to find and restore them later.
Viewing and managing the Resource Library are separate permissions. Adding tasks also requires activity creation permission and access to the case. Previewing and downloading files requires download permission; copying attachments to a case requires upload and download permissions. If an option is missing, ask your organization administrator to review your role.
