Calendars help you review scheduled case work and tasks due for completion.
Open Calendar to review accessible work across cases. Use case, status, calendar source, and team filters to focus the view.
Open a case and select Calendar to review that case's events and due-date tasks. The case's Activities tab offers a separate list for managing its tasks and events.
An activity calendar is a named, color-coded group assigned to a task or event. Administrators configure these under Settings > Calendars. They can organize work and apply requirements such as mandatory assignees or follow-up updates.
Events appear on the calendar grid. Tasks with due dates appear in the Tasks panel. A task without a due date is managed through Activities; it has no date to place in the calendar's due-date list.
Google Calendar and Outlook exports create copies of saved activities. They are separate from CaseWyze's activity calendars and do not provide automatic synchronization.
