Start by checking the signed-in identity, destination workspace, and the exact message on screen.
Confirm the login email matches the invited identity, the invitation is complete, and membership is active. Use the workspace control's retry action when it reports a loading error. A single available workspace may display without a switch menu.
Save any remaining work, follow the retry or refresh instruction, and select the intended workspace again. Check the destination name and domain once loading completes. Do not assume a failed transition moved you into the new organization.
Compare your role and access there. Menus, cases, financial views, and settings can differ legitimately because permissions and assignments are separate.
Check the destination workspace policy, your role's MFA requirement, and whether you are in the accounts portal. A previously verified session may no longer be sufficient after expiry or a changed login context. Use the existing authenticator for the correct identity.
Check the workspace identity in each tab before editing. Do not assume switching one tab makes every older page current or independent. Refresh stale pages and follow any sign-in or verification prompts.
For support, provide workspace names, the switch direction, login email through an approved channel, and the error text. Do not send passwords or MFA secrets.
