Troubleshooting Analytics and Understanding Reporting Limits

Check the report definition, source records, filters, and access before assuming a figure is incorrect.

An empty or missing report

Confirm the report permission and any Full Access requirement. Clear restrictive filters, widen the date range, and check whether matching source records exist. An empty result differs from a failed load.

A loading warning

Use Retry when offered. Some supporting information loads separately, so a warning may appear alongside usable main data. Read the warning and avoid presenting an incomplete result as fully verified.

Totals do not match another screen

Compare date basis, date range, statuses, grouping, units, and permission scope. Distinguish invoice sales from payments, staff costs from client rates, case counts from assignments, and scheduled activity from recorded time.

Information outside standalone analytics reports

Dedicated storage analytics, transfer analytics, complete login-activity reports, and update-frequency analytics are not current standalone Data & Analytics pages. Related information may be found in plan usage, authentication or profile history, updates, timelines, or dashboard widgets.

Keep source data accurate

Maintain dates, statuses, classifications, assignments, rates, and payments in their source workflows. Reports summarize those records; they do not fill in missing real-world events. For support, include the report name, filters, expected source record, and error text without credentials or unnecessary sensitive data.
