Each saved public form has a link that leads requestors to its intake questionnaire.
Use the generated URL rather than constructing one from a remembered domain. The URL slug identifies the form. Changing it can affect links you previously distributed, so check and update those links when making changes.
Active controls whether the form accepts new submissions. Public Access allows anyone with its link to submit without signing in. Check both settings when preparing a form for external use. Turning off Public Access should not be treated as a complete client-portal setup.
Deactivate a form when you want to stop new submissions temporarily. Review existing requests in Case Requests separately; changing form availability is not a decision on those requests. Delete a form only after reviewing the application's warning and your organization's need to preserve the intake setup.
