Setting Up or Verifying MFA When Entering a Workspace

Complete the MFA screen shown by CaseWyze before continuing into a workspace that requires it.

First-time setup

On Set Up MFA, open your authenticator app.
Scan the displayed QR code and save the entry for your CaseWyze login.
Enter the current six-digit code from that authenticator.
Complete verification and wait for the workspace to open.

Existing authenticator

On Verify MFA, use the current six-digit code from the app where you previously saved CaseWyze. Select Verify and Continue. If you saved verification codes in iPhone Passwords, open the corresponding login there.

If a code fails

Check that you selected the correct login entry and use a fresh code. Follow any displayed instruction to refresh and verify again if session completion is delayed. An accepted code and a completed workspace transition are separate steps, so wait for the destination to load.

Keep authenticator setup details and verification codes private. Do not create a second enrollment merely because you belong to a second organization, and do not reset a working authenticator to avoid a required challenge.
