Adjustment History provides context for how the case's authorization changed over time.
Entries can show Date, Type, Previous, New, Change, Reason, and By. Hours and monetary changes are identified separately. The layout may appear as cards on smaller screens.
When adding authorization, describe the approved work and why the allowance changed. For example: “Five additional hours approved for follow-up interviews.” Record approval context according to your organization's practices.
Compare the previous and new values and the change amount. Check whether someone entered an additional amount or revised a total. Review underlying time and expenses separately; an adjustment changes authorization, not the historical work records.
“No budget adjustments recorded” differs from a loading error. Use Retry when offered and verify the result before assuming the history is empty.
