The request detail page separates the submitted information into Overview, Subjects, Files, and History.
Review each tab
- Overview: client/contact details, case type, requested services, notes, and client matching.
- Subjects: the people, businesses, vehicles, locations, or items supplied with the request.
- Files: uploaded supporting material and, after acceptance, transfer information.
- History: recorded submission and review actions, matching, and decisions.
A useful review sequence
- Check that the request describes actionable work and is not a duplicate.
- Confirm who is requesting the work and which client account should own it.
- Review the case type, services, instructions, and requested budget or hours.
- Check subject details and the primary subject.
- Inspect files and identify anything missing or inappropriate.
- Match the correct client and contact, then accept or decline when ready.
Keep the request under review while your team obtains clarification through its normal communication process. Do not accept simply to move it out of the queue. A submitted name or company is intake information, not proof it is already connected to the correct account.
Reviewing a request does not grant the requestor access to internal notes, request history, or the eventual case.
