- Save task instructions, reference links, status, calendar, service, and due-date defaults.
- Upload reusable documents and other supported files; preview, download, and maintain their descriptions.
- Organize tasks and attachments into their own groups.
- Select individual resources or groups, review them, and add them to cases with duplicate handling and permission controls.
- Import task lists from CSV, search resources, and archive or restore entries.
