Recovering MFA Access Across Organizations

If your saved authenticator is unavailable, use the supported recovery flow for the login rather than changing an organization’s security policy.

Start recovery

  1. On Verify MFA, select I Don't Have This Authenticator.
  2. Follow Reset MFA and confirm your current CaseWyze password.
  3. Check your email for the one-time reset link.
  4. Open it within the stated 15-minute window.
  5. Sign in again and enroll a new authenticator as directed.

Effect on other workspaces

The recovery flow concerns the login's authenticator, not only the organization you were trying to enter. The reset process signs out existing sessions before new enrollment. Expect to sign in and satisfy applicable MFA requirements again in other organizations using that identity.

Unfinished setup

If CaseWyze identifies an unfinished enrollment, follow the recovery screen. If you already saved the authenticator entry, try its current code; if you never scanned the QR code, use the offered restart-setup action.

If you cannot access the required email or complete recovery, contact support through the approved channel. Do not share your password, QR code, or verification codes with another person.
