Organization Access, Invitations, and the Accounts Portal

Your login may be recognized across workspaces, but each organization must separately authorize your membership.

Joining another organization

Complete the invitation or access setup for the intended organization using the correct login identity. Being an administrator or owner elsewhere does not automatically add you. If an invitation was sent to a different email, do not assume it will appear under your current account.

Workspace-specific restrictions

An organization can have its own onboarding, membership, billing, and security state. Access to another workspace does not remove a restriction in the destination. Read the displayed message and ask the appropriate organization administrator to address it.

Accounts portal MFA

The CaseWyze accounts portal has its own MFA requirement. It requires MFA even when an individual workspace does not. Seeing an MFA prompt in the accounts portal therefore does not necessarily mean that workspace's policy changed.

Lost access to one organization

A disabled or removed membership in one organization does not itself grant or remove membership in another. Your ability to use each workspace still depends on its current membership rules. Account-level sign-in or MFA recovery, however, can affect sessions used across organizations.
