CW Connect brings recorded statements into CaseWyze, keeping the conversation and its supporting materials connected to the case.
Invite participants, collect consent, and control admission to the call. Record the conversation in segments, add bookmarks and private notes, and review the recording alongside a synchronized transcript.
Original video, audio files, and transcripts are saved as case attachments for later review. Private notes remain available to their author and authorized workspace administrators; recording and transcript access follows case permissions.
CW Connect is available in enabled workspaces to users with the appropriate permissions.
