Finding and Reviewing Investigator Applicants

Open People > Applicants to review submissions from Job Application public forms.

Find an application

  1. Search by name, email, phone, position, or applicant number.
  2. Use the status filter to focus on the stage you need.
  3. Check additional pages if the record is not visible.
  4. Open the applicant to review the full submission.

Read the detail sections

  • Application Details: contact information, position, employment type, availability, and submitted answers.
  • Experience: work history, education, licenses/certifications, references, cover letter text, and comments.
  • Attachments: the resume and other submitted documents.
  • Internal Notes: staff review notes.
  • History: recorded actions and workflow changes.

Review before deciding

Confirm the identity and contact information, compare the submitted qualifications with the role, and record follow-up through your organization's hiring process. Application statements and uploaded documents are submitted information; conversion is not an independent verification of their accuracy.

Use the applicant number to keep follow-up connected to the right submission. If a person applies more than once, compare the applications and existing staff records before conversion.
