Open Settings > Calendars. This area requires Full Access and Manage Settings.
Calendars organize and color-code activities. Scheduled events appear on the calendar grid; tasks with due dates appear in the task list.
Expense Entry requires a new expense entry from each assigned user. Case Update requires a new update from each assigned user. Automatically mark activities complete when fulfillment is satisfied requires at least one fulfillment rule.
Turn off Active when it should stop being offered in the main calendar. Deleting a calendar permanently removes its configuration; existing activities remain but are no longer assigned to it. These activity-calendar settings do not establish two-way synchronization with an external calendar service.
