CaseWyze supports dedicated image placeholders for embedding a company logo and primary-subject photo in Word reports.
{{Customer.logo_image}} embeds the organization logo. {{Subject.photo_image}} embeds the primary subject's stored profile photo. Using a URL or text field is different from using an image placeholder.
Review image size, spacing, page breaks, and the surrounding text in Word. A placeholder cannot supply a missing or inaccessible image.
The evidence attachment selector and Files list variables identify selected attachments. They do not automatically insert every selected photo as a full-size image. Do not assume a file index is a photo exhibit package.
