Use receipts to support expense review and explain the recorded cost.
The shared receipt upload on the new-entry form attaches to the first saved expense entry. It is not a separate copy on every line. If expenses need different receipts, record them separately and verify each association. Explain any shared receipt allocation in the notes.
Open the entry's Edit form when its status permits editing and use the available receipt control to update the supporting file. Save Changes and check the result. If the record is approved, paid, or linked to an invoice or payment slip, follow the corresponding correction workflow first.
A document stored in case Attachments is useful supporting material, but it does not by itself create an expense or fill the expense receipt field. Confirm both the financial entry and its supporting evidence are recorded where your review process expects them.
The controls you see depend on your permissions, access to the case, the case status, and the entry's review, invoice, and payment state. If an action is missing, ask your CaseWyze administrator to check these conditions.
